ADHAR strongly believes that sustainable development is not possible without empowered women. Our programs aim to strengthen women’s leadership, economic independence, and participation in decision-making at household and community levels.

Through skill development, livelihood support, leadership training, and rights awareness, women are supported to build confidence, voice, and agency. ADHAR also works to challenge gender-based barriers and promote inclusive community institutions where women actively influence decisions that affect their lives and families.
